how we review

  1. independent purchase or trial of the product (no vendor-supplied accounts)
  2. real-world test against the category's evaluation axes (eg. for proxies: IP pool, rotation, success rate, geo coverage, pricing per GB)
  3. cross-reference vendor claims against BHW thread complaints + recent reddit + AffiliateFix
  4. rating in 0.5 increments, 1.0-5.0. justification spelled out in pros and cons
  5. full alternatives list with one-line reason for each
  6. affiliate disclosure on every page. vendors cannot purchase reviews or remove negative ones.
